Mao married Kazuo, who was her senior in a university club and later became her boss at work. He was the ideal boss and a kind husband, so Mao was happy. One day, a man claiming to be an acquaintance of her husband came for business negotiations. When Mao met him, she found it was Horio, her husband's best friend and someone she had dated in the past. Reuniting with such a man, and knowing that her husband was unaware of this, left Mao bewildered. However, Horio pursued Mao just as he did back then... even knowing that she had become Kazuo's wife.
