A mysterious DVD suddenly arrived. The husband was left speechless upon seeing his wife, Naoko Hamasaki, in compromising positions. He had been married to Naoko for several years and they didn't have any children yet. He thought he had a good wife who took care of him, and Naoko should be happy with their marriage as well. Since Naoko started going to her part-time job to pass the time, he felt like they spent a little less time together. Today, she was supposed to go out with her work colleagues again. He considered himself an understanding husband about such things. When he returned home, there was a DVD in the mailbox. Since Naoko wasn't home, he decided to watch it alone. The first disc showed Naoko with some unremarkable otaku-looking middle-aged man.
