The strategist of the movie squad Chargeman, Akagi Nami, along with the mechanic Minami, visits the space station Charge Base floating above Tokyo to monitor attacks from the evil star cluster Gouma. He is considering a method to strike down Gouma as they attempt to invade Earth from outside the atmosphere. Just as he comes up with an idea, the renowned strongman space mercenary Zoura invades Charge Base! Akagi Nami tries to transform but his transformation is hindered by Zoura's powerful tail attack. Cornered in a room within Charge Base with no escape, Akagi Nami faces his greatest crisis.
