Even in this era, the stress of teachers remains unchanged. Rather, it seems that there are more things to do and problems to deal with compared to before, leading many to experience physical discomfort. This time, we treated four female teachers and summarized their cases. Ms. Nakagawa, a 23-year-old music teacher at Junior High ○○; Ms. Iguchi, a 25-year-old art teacher at Senior High ○○; Ms. Narita, a 24-year-old Japanese language (modern literature) teacher at the same senior high school; and Ms. Katori, a 29-year-old social studies teacher at Junior High ○○. They all returned to the educational field after resolving stiffness in their lower bodies.
